Edgar Cayce – Prophecy About China
Edgar Cayce was an American prophet who lived from 1877 to 1945 and helped thousands of people with healings, reincarnation questions, future prophecies etc. Cayce predicted that the so-called “Battle of Armageddon” described symbolically in the Bible would begin in 1999. Cayce foresaw that this “battle” will not be a war fought on Earth. Rather, it will be a spiritual struggle between the “higher forces of light” and “lower forces of darkness”
Decades before the rest of the world was thinking about the enormous impact that China would have upon the global stage, Edgar Cayce predicted great things for China and its people. On one occasion, Cayce told a group of people that eventually China would become “the cradle of Christianity, as applied in the lives of men”, suggesting that the personal application of spiritual principles would become paramount to the Chinese people. Cayce then went on to caution that it would take a long time to manifest but that it was the country’s destiny: “Yea, it is far off as man counts time, but only a day in the heart of God – for tomorrow China will awake.”
Our understanding: Edgar Cayce was right in his prediction about the illegal and terrible persecution of 100 million Falun Dafa disciples in China started by the Chinese Communist Party(CCP) in July 1999. The second prediction about the cradle of true christianity in China, we believe refers to the start of the spreading of Falun Dafa in China in 1992. As for the future we know that China has had 5000 years of history focused on self-cultivation as applied in their daily lives through Buddhism, Daoism and Confucianism. In the future it´s likely that Falun Dafa cultivation will gain tremendous momentum in China and become the true world religion that is prophesied by so many.
